    We booked our wedding reception for 11/4 and were informed an hour before reservation that his building flooded. He found us another venue and was suppose to send over the money that we paid him (was paid in full by this point) but never did.And of course, he no longer answered the phone nor returned any calls from myself, my mom, coordinator, my husband, dad, and other venue owner.This resulted is us having to double pay for a venue because my wedding reception HAD to go on as family came in town from all over. He also had another customer meet at referred venue assuming that their function could go on because he told them the same thing he told us. They left heartbroken. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional! I have constantly been trying to reach him but I have been blocked. A contract was signed and my balance was paid in full. This has been a very stressful experience. I would hate for him to do this to someone else. ******* has to be stopped! $900 was spent on this rental to not receive service.
