      Here is the verbiage from the email complaint I submitted the company of 6.3.24:To Whom It May Concern:Please cancel any future cleanings you have me scheduled for as I am no longer interested in services from The Cleaning Authority...at all.Unless you are going to refund me half of what I paid last week ($106) for the half *ss job they did, please do not contact me.Your services do not meet the standards you set, much less my own. Your two cleaners left within an hour last week and did not even set foot in my home office. The microwave was not cleaned, and they didn't do half of the items listed on the checklist they brought with them:The doors and door frames were not cleaned, the appliances were not cleaned and shined, front of cabinets were not wiped, the baseboards were not wiped, the floors were not given extra attention, the tile grouting was not scrubbed, and the drains were not tooth-brushed. No wonder two cleaners left within an hour.To date, I have had both deep cleans 1 & 2 and the cleaning last week.I have the same cobwebs in the master bedroom corners since before you guys started coming out. I mentioned the cobwebs after my first cleaning. When the 2nd crew came out, they asked me where they were. Really? How about you clean as if you are looking for them yourselves. I gave them a good rating because they were polite and cleaned the light fixtures in the foyer like I asked.Last week was the first time anyone brought a list with them and this was the worst cleaning yet. What's the purpose of a list if you are not going to follow it?Your cleaners have the AUDACITY to keep asking for a 5 rating. Please tell them to stop asking and clean according to the rating they want.Below is a video of my shower and pictures before I cleaned it myself!!*************************************************

      The Cleaning Authority of Jonesboro damaged my flooring and bathroom vanity. Then accepted liability and then offered unacceptable resolution.
