    I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the lack of professionalism and unhelpfulness I have experienced with Bouvette Properties. Despite my repeated requests, maintenance issues are consistently ignored or half-heartedly addressed, with no resolution to the actual problem. Last year, I was even cussed at by an employee when I requested assistance with a household issue. Furthermore, rent is always demanded without any effort to resolve the problems stated in the lease. Recently, I've been dealing with a kitchen sink and underground pipe issue that has yet to be fixed, despite numerous calls and requests. It's unacceptable that a property management company can't provide basic services and communicate effectively with tenants. I expect a higher level of service and resolution to these issues ASAP.

    We are sorry to hear that a tenant is not satisfied with our service.  We have reviewed every work order that has been made for the property in question.  We have sent vendors to the property to address every issue that has been brought to our attention.  In some cases, the owner of the property has opted to go himself to determine what repairs needed to be made.  At no point has an employee of Bouvette Properties yelled or cussed at a tenant for requesting repairs.

    On one occasion, the owner went to the property to repair a leak under the kitchen sink.  The tenant told him that it was no longer leaking, and no repairs were needed.  The owner instructed the tenant to contact us if it ever became a problem again in the future.

    We had a repair request that came in after office hours on 07/07/24 regarding a supply pipe that was leaking outside of the house.  The request was immediately sent to a plumber.  The plumber could not contact the tenant, as the tenant had changed their phone number and had not informed us of the change or updated it in their contact information.  As soon as we had the new number, the plumber contacted the tenant and made an appointment for the repair.  The repair was completed 07/09/24.  It would have been completed sooner if the tenant's contact information had been updated as required per their lease.

    The tenant has never been charged for a repair.  They were informed that they could send a copy of the repair bill to their water company, and that the water company would reimburse them for the extra water usage charges that were caused by the leaking pipe.
