    In the year of 2021, I acquired the B&W Roofing company to inspect the roofing of my home to remedy the cause of water damage inside the home. In their quote they provided a fix and a charge. I had the job done and completed my payment the following year. After the work was done, the water damage continued on one side of the property but it was a slow leak. I noticed in 2024 after returning from a 4 month vacation that the wall was damp and looked worse. I had the wall repaired and the dry wall repair man notices a gap in the roofing where daylight was coming in. I sent B&W a picture of the area and let them know the job did not fully repair the damage and due to the money invested in the dry wall repair, I would appreciate a solution to not damage the area further, which they advised a tarp to be installed. They did not discuss a charge associated with that job, but later sent a bill for nearly $400. After a few calls, ****** lied about the information given and was disrespectful with a very condescending tone.

    Good afternoon, 

     

    I am responding regarding the customer's complaint. Customer called in stating she had a leak and we explained to her that the repairs previously made were no longer under warranty. She then asked us if we could come and install a tarp and we also explained that there would be a charge for an emergency tarp, which she agreed to. When we invoiced her after installation of the tarp, she called asking why she was being charged. We again explained to her the tarp fee and the fact that her previous repairs were no longer under warranty. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to our office.
