    When I went to pickup my 2022 Model S after almost 3 months of sitting on their lot waiting for parts, the interior was dirty and the wheels were filthy. I let it go and took delivery anyways and had to spend 20 minutes after I got home wiping down the seats. Crazy that after giving them $20k+ in business they cant even detail my car. About 9 days after I picked up the vehicle the headlight clip broke and bumper popped out at the original point of impact. Keep in my mind the car is always *********** and I take extreme care of my vehicle. I reviewed all sentry and dash cam footage, the only way this couldve happened is from an improper installation and the force of acceleration eventually breaking it. They refuse to take responsibility and are trying to accuse me of taking advantage of them, be very careful if youre considering this body shop as I now have to pay out of pocket to have my vehicle restored to Like New condition.

    We at Driven do not take your libelous statements lightly and will seek action for any punitive damages in attempts to lie and steal from our company. You/someone impacted an object with your car after having your vehicle for a total of 9 days. Then attempted to blame us for the new damages. You insisted air caused the panel to blow off and that the air or possibly clips creased and damaged your front bumper.  This is not possible or plausible. You were shown all of the missing paint, broken tabs, stress cracks and creases in your bumper/headlight. We even offered to go through your camera system to look for points of impact... You insisted you had already done that..  Even after your accusations of our faulty work we attempted to assist in aligning your parts free of charge. As a matter of fact we touched up most of the scratches to better assist you as a customer. Also wrote you a new estimate and discounted the cost to assist you as much as possible.  You inquired about a warranty but as with anything negligence is not warrantied. We will not tolerate your actions and accusations.  I will give you a short opportunity to remove your libel comments or else we will move forward on our end defending our reputation at all cost from a customer who is seeking something for nothing.

     

    We have added a zoomed in photo from your provided picture showing the impact scratches and chips to a freshly painted bumper. Your attempts to take a picture from an angle to hide the impact zone shows the depths of your malice to defame Driven and cover your negligence. It will not be tolerated.
