    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint against Regal Lager Inc., the parent company of ****************, regarding my order (Order #TE7877) placed on January 4, 2025. Despite being promised delivery by January 11, 2025, the product remains undelivered, and the company refuses to take responsibility.Details of the Issue:The tracking clearly shows that the package is still Processing at *****************, ********, ** as of today. You can verify this via the following links:Terra tracking: ******************************************************************************* **** tracking: ************************************************************************************** Despite this, Terras customer service falsely claimed a delivery attempt was made and insisted I contact **** myself. When I escalated the matter, their supervisor blamed weather delays and my choice of shipping methodan absurd deflection given they promised delivery by January 11th.Why This is Unethical:Failure to Deliver: The company took my money but failed to deliver the product.Misleading Information: **************** provided contradictory and false updates to avoid taking accountability.Deflecting Responsibility: Terra is shifting its obligation to the customer, contrary to standard e-commerce practices.Resolution Requested:I am requesting an immediate full refund for Order #TE7877. Additionally, I urge the BBB to investigate Regal Lager Inc. for unethical practices, as this behavior suggests a pattern of neglect and disregard for consumer rights.Their actions are predatory, unprofessional, and must be flagged to protect other customers from being misled.
