Let me join the list of unsatisfied customers with Ozone Billiards. Like others in the complaints, Ozone does not answer a phone, they won't reply to emails and, have no option of leaving a message through voicemail. I ordered a pool stick Feb. 3, 2023 and within 6 weeks, the tip fell off and I found a hairline crack in the ferrule. With Ozone advertising a "60 Day" no hassle return policy on their cues, I thought this would be a slam dunk to return the cue. So, after no reply to a couple emails and a phone call that got no answer, I'm left to file complaints against Ozone anywhere I can. I'm also going to attempt to contact the supplier of the cue stick and file a complaint as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE GOING TO ORDER SOMETHING THAT *** NEED TO BE RETURNED. POOREST OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ANY ********************** ONLINE COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH.

The company looked for an excuse to not help me at all with my holiday gift from my daughter. She lives in Oregon, I live in New Jersey, and for Xmas she gave me a beautiful pool cue stick measuring 50+ inches, which was way too long for me to use. She returned home in January and sent me back the receipt for me to ship back the cue stick to Ozone. Yesterday, Febreuary 7th a representative from the company called me to first tell me they can't help me resolve my issue because there was chalk on the tip. I clearly replied to the lady, yes, I put chalk on the stick as that was part of my gift and thought let me put some on just because....however, the pool stick was never used, it was never close to a pool ball or pool table. So then the lady changes her angle and says it is over 60 days, they can't do anything for me. This is not what the website promotes, and then basically she called me, a 78 year old man, a liar because of the chalk. The pool cue was $193 and will never be used, but it gives me comfort to see how many complaints have piled up against Ozone Billiards, they definitely don't sound like a reputable company to do business by anyone.
