*********************** from Cabinets by Numbers designed and procured cabinetry for our kitchen. He also coordinated sub-contracted an installer to get the cabinets installed. The contract, which was fully paid on my end (as required), included the cabinetry, installation and a final punch-list for broken or wrongfully installed items. **** made a single stop at the job site on the second day of installation and ceased all communications with myself after that - leaving me to deal with the third-party installer, ************************* (aka, *****) .************************* (aka, *****) never completed the punch list, as it was specified in the contract, and refuses to speak to me directly to coordinate a final visit ("punch visit") because he believes **** is the person who should coordinate the that. I have multiple items that need addressed - including poorly installed cabinetry around the dishwasher (dishwasher does not fit space), three chipped cabinet door fronts that need replacing, a cabinet shelf that came broken and the kitchen island base, which is 1/4" uneven on one side and doesn't properly secure the countertop)Both seem to be unable to answer emails, texts or phone calls. Neither of them has provided me receipts for their goods and services after multiple requests. The cabinetry manufacturer, PROCRAFT, won't honor the warranty for the damaged items directly to me. I'm told that must be handled by ****. The installation was sub-par and I am left without recourse to have a $25K job completed.
