    I bought stabilizer (for embroidery) after speaking with a gunned associate, who informed me it was identical to what I was looking at in their sampler book. When I received the item, it was not... I called back and informed them this was a waxy type of stabilizer and not the classic grid, which I had specifically asked for them to confirm. They said they would provide a refund for me as soon as I returned the product. They sent a return label and I shipped it asap. They received the item on November 8 at 2:49 PM by ******** inside their warehouse... *** tracking #1Z3814790392325659. I emailed them about the delivery, and they said they were waiting on it to be received, I emailed back the proof that they had, indeed received it, and who it was received by. I was then told it may arrive that day and it would be processed the next day... I waited until the next and emailed again, with the proof again. I was told the received it and the credit was being processed. On November the 14th I emailed about the refund, letting them know I have not received it yet. I was then informed it would take up to 7 days for the refund to process. I again waited the allotted time. I emailed back, letting them know it has been 10 days and I had not received a refund (which is for $121). I was then informed it will take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to processed, depending on how backed up they are. It has now been 14 days since they received the item and I have not seen the refund. I want my refund, I do not have the item, it was send back, I have proof of the receiving it and on what day the received it. I have attached a PDF of our email conversation... you will need to start at the bottom and scroll up to read chronologically. Along with the pdf, I have also attached screen caps of the *** tracking and proof of delivery.
