    Trimble does not offer consumers a way to cancel their online subscription service online even through the administrative portal. Their administrative portal can access all other licensing options, however there is no option to cancel. Their renwal statement makes no mention as to how to cancel the subscription service. No email or physical address or further instructions are provided. Calling the company by phone is near impossible to get a hold of anyone. When contacted, the only option to cancel the Automatic Renewal is via in writing to their finance department. This is poor practice and does not seem to conform to the latest Automatic Renewal Laws (ARLs) in most states. I have never had an experience with another large company such as Apple that did not allow for the cunsumer to cancel the subscription easily online.
