    I have proof that they charge black customers a different price than other races for cigarettes. I went in there Monday my total was 9.56 Tuesday 9.93 and again on Wednesday 9.78 so I send my fianc in there her total was 9.50 exact not just once but 5 separate times. So then she sends her sister and mother in there at separate times same thing and what makes it worse is I was behind them and got the same thing they did and my total was again 9.93 while theres was 9.50.

    On Aug the 30th, I went to the Shell station to purchase gas. I was having trouble using my Ride Share discount, so I went into the store to prepay with my debit card with a total of $60. After going back outside to pump my gas, the pre pay wasnt working, so I just proceded to just pay with my card. Foregoing the discount. The total came to $30.05 at the pump. On August 31, the next day, I noticed that the charge for $60 was posted to my account. I called the manager and was Informed that the charge would drop from my card within 2-3 days. I waited until September 3, and contacted the store again and was told to come talk with the manager. I was told that the money would be credited back to my account. I met with the manager that evening and was told by the manager that I needed to dispute the charge with my bank. The following Monday, September 5, I contacted my bank and filed a report to dispute the $60 charge. I was informed by my bank, via email, that they didnt have any dispute rights in the matter and to contact the gas station.
