    In May 2022 Blue Sky installed our countertop. There was a big scratch and marks all over the countertop. The installers said they never saw anything like that. Marks similar to when you try to remove a tape, but it leaves residue. They tried to remove it but it is in the material itself, not on top of it. Additionally there are round cloudy spots all over the countertop. Blue Sky sent two other professionals who tried to fill the scratch and sand it with a special machine. They could not remove the marks and said it must be a manufacturing fault. Another huge mistake was the sink cutout. They did it wrongly, so that we had to cut the back of the kitchen cabinet in order to have space to install the faucet. We had to bear the extra cost with our contractor for that. Because of the wrong cutout the sink and faucet are too far causing back problems as the stature is not straight.After the initial installation and the attempt for repair, there have been 4 further visits from Blue Sky. ******************** does not deny the problem, but he is waiting for their supplier to bear the responsibility. I stated to Blue Sky that our contract is with them, and we expect Blue Sky to act in a professional way. They can take care of the issues with their supplier on a parallel line. After more than 6 month of dealing with this problem, we would like a reimbursement of our money. We don't want to do further business with them, as to their unprofessional handling of the situation. This is the last email from Blue Sky on September 28th 2022, and since then we have not heard anything:"Few minutes ago **** leave our office. Now he say This Friday will have a answer. I dont know why take to longer. But for this weekend we will have a answer.Thank you for your patience.********."We appreciate your help in this matter. We tried for over 6 month to get their attention to take responsibility and reimburse us. There are a lot of issues and additional cost involved with this matter.

    To whom it my concern

    I was talking with ************** about this matter three monts ago and we sent a check for the job deposit, i asked them if they wanted us to remove the countertops but they decided to keep them.
