AVOIDING 1st Dental in ********* at all costs. In all my 63 years I have never witnessed such rude, unprofessional, incompetente dental staff in my life. After they got my $20,000. upfront they became nasty rude. After waiting several months for them to start the work the day of my full mouth extractions they showed how inexperienced they were. Their IV nurse in her early 20s could not start an IV on me for sedation. I ended up having to pay $1,000 for sedation I never received . A young girl stuck me 19 times on both my arms and feet and didnt even get a blood return let alone an IV. All my other doctors have never had that problem. They just managed to hit nerves. They blamed it on me and refused to do anything more for me. I have read several posts that they have done the same thing to other people so I am not the only one. They kept a good portion of my money and wouldnt return it. My mother and stepfather were paying for it for me and I explained to them after they kept jerking them around that they couldnt take much more. I told them if one of them dies it would be their fault. My stepfather passed away two days ago and now I have to go the rest of my life feeling guilt that if it werent for me he would still be alive. **************** the owner never returned my calls and either did their office manager. Go somewhere else where they wont keep your money when they dont do the work and go somewhere safe. They are not oral surgeons and do not have anesthesia doctors on staff. They also DO NOT belong to the Better Business Bureau. It is obvious to me why they didnt. They need shut down. They are a danger to their patients.
