    On September 24, 2022, I placed a mobile order to be picked up at the drive-thru window at the ******* location on *********************************************************************************** (store #****). Upon arrival, I was informed that the carbonation for their soft drink machine was not functioning and thus the drink on my order could not be provided. This was the second time in a month this happened, and just like the first time, they countered my request for a refund by attempting to pressure me into accepting a substitition. When I remained adamant in my request for a refund, I was again rudely informed that the store does NOT refund mobile orders and that I would need to contact corporate for a refund. The first time this happened, I spoke to the store's manager (*****************************) and he arranged for the order to later be remade after a considerable delay. I decided to try going through him for my refund again instead of having to make a corporate issue out of it, but this time he tried to claim that no one there remembered me (despite my having a receipt in hand with my name and the time shown clearly) and refused my request for either a replacement order or a refund. He then proceeded to completely ignore subsequent attempts at contact, which prompted me to reach out to corporate again last week (October 5). Despite clearly explaining that part of my problem was the manager ignoring my simple request, they chose to forward the message to him and he is now once again ignoring the issue, probably hoping I simply go away.
