      Horrible communication from *********************** once he gets your down payment. Delayed the job over and over for a myriad of reason. His uncle died, his car broke down, his workers say its too cold to work that day, a medical emergency, he needs to run by ********** for materials he should already have, and he doesn't ever text you first. Most unprofessional person I've ever met. We also agreed upon a price and I signed the contract, but then he tried to upcharge me a ridiculous amount when I asked for him to correct something and upgrade hardware (we agreed on that verbally, including the price.. which was my mistake for not having him re-do that in writing). When the job was FINALLY over (about 2.5 months late) I told him that the upcharge amount he was charging is not what we agreed on and didn't pay that. He filed a lien on my house because of it. He didn't know I had already moved at that point, but I'm willing to bet the filing fee he paid for that was more than what I even "owed him"... he just wanted vengeance at that point. Run from this company.... look him up on as many reviews as possible, he is a *****.

      Im sorry to say this is one of those customers that you cant make happy we agreed on project and even sent pictures of what fence and all would look like had to change quote twice due to her changing Mind and needing it to be cheaper cause couldnt afford whole project and we finally agreed on project got her to sign contract and got deposit to order materials I pushed start date back because of the weather something I cant control then we start set post for fence first then came back put up all 2x4s remember she had picture of the fence we were installing and agreed upon after we got them installed she didnt like the look of them instead of being back nailed she now wanted them inset in between the post so we had to take all those down and redo which I didnt charge for then she wanted to upgrade gate hardware which I did as she stated in her review when finished she didnt want to pay for the add ons and I told her I would file lean which I did my opinion she wanted more than she could afford

      Took our money and never finished the job. **** is a thief and should never be trusted. He has a long history of cheating his clients.

      Of course ***** isnt telling everything in his review we did work for him over 15yrars ago we were at hes house for months cause he kept adding things we did fence , grading , irrigation, drainage, rock work , sod , mulch and on the last phase was concrete driveway strips for his RV and this I had to sub out cause I didnt do that so I found a guy and the guy would show up late and was taking long time my guys were finishing up on mulch and I was out getting another load of mulch when ***** came out of house start fussing at my guys asking them where I was and where concrete guy was so when I arrived back at hes house with last load of mulch which was around lunchtime he came out of house fussing at me wanting to know where concrete guy was and at same time concrete guy was pulling up ***** was upset fussing and yelling at me then start with the nasty languages at me thats when I had enough not going to be talked to like that so I texted ***** the concrete guys info and told him he could deal with him directly we finished up the mulch part and we left I never went back to do work for him
