    I needed one of my fence panels replaced, First Fence was going to charge me $115.00 dollars for the panel and $685.00 in labor which couldnt have taken more than 30 minutes to do. When I complained to them about their quote their solution was to knock off $100.00 dollars. I spent $12,000.00 dollars having them install the fence. So being a good customer means nothing to them. So I would be very cautious hiring them and understand their repair cost before you do.

    We are sorry the pricing for you repair was disagreeable for you. There are so many factors that go into pricing repairs: crew mobilization, crew pay for 1/2 day, labor required, materials consumed, distance to travel, scheduling, etc. This is an aluminum fence and it's not nearly as simple as a "30 minute" panel replacement. Each post the panel is connected to is installed in a concrete footer. These posts have to be dug up, replaced with a larger hole and more concrete. We try to be fair on each repair we quote, and we are sorry if our price was too high for you.Being a good customer means the world to us. Frankly 65% of our annual residential revenue comes from customer referrals, which is a testament to the lengths we go to outservice our competition.I am glad to infer from your comments that you were pleased with the original fence install: the workmanship, quality and price of it, and you are only taking exception to a price on a repair. Once again, I am sorry you do not agree with the price we quoted on the repair.

    Terrible service asked to have someone give estimate. Was asked to take pics and mark *********** pickets (Lazy). On day of appointment didn't show up till 3:30 tore fence apart(Thursday)and left. Said they would be back in morning never showed up. I had to call company at 12pm to get update. Just to be shuffled around and told someone would be by Tuesday at the earliest to "look" at it. Garbage service yard looks like a construction site. Papers used to mark fence thrown in yard. Fence pickets and posts scattered across the lawn.

    Sales and scheduling were great. Installation not so much - spacing was off, installed wood panels that already had knots and holes present, had to call during installation to have them replaced. Pieces were cut on site and had frayed edges, spacing between panels which could have been better placed. Would not use them again.
