    I rented a tux for my cousin's wedding. The business closed it's doors permanently and I can't retrieve the tux I rented. There was a sign in the door apologizing for being closed and to those trying to return a suit to just keep it. I never received the tux and have payed in full vis payment installments. I want my money back if I can't get the tux. The cost of the rental was around 400 dollars and being lower class that's a lot of money.Completely messed up wedding plans for my whole family and soon to be family.

    I was asked by my wedding party to go to Savvi Formalwear to make rental plans for a suit in October. I went April 8th, was fitted, and then paid for the rental in full.Now, on August 9th, the wedding party finds out they closed their doors for good on August 5th. So far, no one has received any communications from them about refunding our purchases, and they are impossible to get a hold of.I tried disputing it with my bank, but they said it was outside the window of time I could dispute charges.My total was $233.19.My Invoice #: ******* My Transaction #: ********* The store number, if it is needed, is SAV812, and the clerk numbers were DPEARSO and MAHARRI.Please let me know if there is any more information I need.Thank you,-*******

    On 3/24/23 my daughters fiance & the full ****** party went to be fitted for tuxes for their wedding on 10/21/23. *********** husband went for his as well at the same time & paid $100 down on a total bill of $259.69. Then on 5/27/23 we went back & paid another $100.00 leaving a balance of $59.69. My soon to be son in law had a $45 credit moved to our bill which left us with a balance of $19.69. Then yesterday we see they have closed the doors & per the BBB was advised to file a complaint. I need either our tux for this wedding or my money back that we paid of $245.00. Hopefully you can help. This was for *****/********* wedding.

    I rented a suit for myself and my brother (the groom) from Savvi for his wedding in October. We were set to pick up the suit the day before the wedding, so we do not have anything. I just found out the company closed, and I have not received any info on if/when I will receive a refund. I have reached out to the company, but have not heard back.

    I purchased $625 worth of suits from Savvi and did not receive them, now they are shut down nation wide they say with no explanation and no refunds given or our suits given to us. My wedding is on September 30th and now I have to pay for more suits at such last minute. Im out of money, and times now with this business with no explanation or answers from what their solutions will be for us. I purchased my first set on April 24th of $525 as well as another set on June 23rd of $100. I have listed everything documenting our paperwork from that date as well as my statements of transaction.

    Have a wedding scheduled for October 15th, groomsmen have all put deposits down on tux rentals and some have paid for the rental in full. We found out through social media that theyve closed their doors for good. *** tried contacting them and to no avail. I need answers and our money back!
