    This has to be the worst move for more period. I paid $7500.00 for a two day move, which I can see now was a total disgrace, however, I havent moved in over 20 yrs. so I thought this was the price these days inflation The first move took 8 hrs. They had to take the boxes up 3 flights of stairs (apt. complex). Instead of using dollies, they take by hand. I personally watched them at Public Storage throw boxes onto the ramp. I was mortified. I had to stay at the front of the door to let each and every guy in and they moved what was supposed to be into 2 storage units. Now mind you I have been to these units and saw cement pieces broken etc All of my clear containers, which cost a ***** or two, all are broken badly. I had so many pieces of milk glass, ****** broken. It was heartbreaking. These pieces were nearly 100 yrs. old. I have had to hire another moving company (Two Men and A Truck) to help move some of my stuff to storage, which cost me an extra $300.00. My kitchen table was broken, my mothers armoire, etc. One picture of my grandparents on their 50th wedding anniversary did not have a picture in it. Gone!!! I submitted 73 photos and they said they could send a check for $272.00. Are you kidding me? I have boxes in my apartment that should in storage and I am missing some things, now that I am finishing unpacking that I know are in storage, but I cant manage that. The guys on the 2nd day were not suppose to come until that evening. I specifically told *******. at this location that I would not be ready. They were in such a hurry to be done (this move was on a Saturday) that one of the guys could not get the keys in the storage unit, so he says, we can put in the other one. I was charged for 350 boxes, when we only used 4 and I told the lady numerous times I had everything packed. They charged me for 8 rooms, when there was only six.This move has depressed me, made me anxious and I am very upset. Been a week now & havent heard from anyone. *******************
