    I filled a claim in June after I purchased a shipping label from **** to send the winning **** bidder the item. My package was lost by ****** I filed a claim and had to open up an account in the process. I have called every Friday at the end of the week to CLAIMS NUMBER PROVIDED ************** I have provided every receipt , shipping label and **** receipt possible to them on multiple occasions :Every time I call claims I get a different person and story I can call 3 times in the same day and get 3 different stories from these guys. Not sure if it is a language barrier or a running gag but they are based out of ****** *** Tracking: 1Z14V49E0307275642____CLAIM NUMBER: 107 507 300 1A Shipping account number : ****** This is the 7th plus time I have reached out to them with no compensation on my lost item.They never have reached out to me by email or phone to tell me they need further information or contacted me about any updates on my open case. I will never use them again ever . Put it this way I have had a **** package damaged and they reimburse me with in 1 week of claim and this is the government we are talking about . It is middle of September and I still just getting jerked around by these guys over and over again.PLEASE HELP ME GET SOME JUSTICE
