    I hired Owl move It, Dec. 6, 2022 They called and confirm that they would be able to move me and would be at my address 10:00 am the day of, they came and said they needed more boxes and left to go get more box which took one hour. They pack a few boxes and started the move. I thought they might be hungry went to get food and when I return, the owner said he would have to finish tomorrow because his girlfriend car broke down. The owner insisted that I pay him $800.00 and that he would finish the following day. The owner stated he would be here at *****am at 8;00am the day of, I called and the owner was in bed and said he would call right back. When he called back he stated that another job came up and the paid half and that he would be getting to me about four or five. I kept calling him because i had to turn my keys in to the management. At five forty five the owner called and said he couldn't come because of a rental truck problem. I ask him why did he take my money and made a promise he couldn't full feel. I noticed that he followed me to the *** machine and look behind my back every time I went to get money. I didn't 't feel comfortable with him looking over my back. I then ask for my money back because he didn't complete the job. And I had to pay additional $400.00 to another company. And Owl Mover wouldn't give me a recipe.
