Never use this company. I replaced my gutters and siding (that I had for almost a decade) with Superior Pro in order to upgrade my house. What am I left with 2 years later? Damaged soffit ?caused by the gutters THEY installed. There explanation was I should have cleaned out my gutters more often. See that panel they installed?? That trapped debris causing it to pile up and damage the siding. Im so disappointed. Over $8000 later, and now Im worse than I was with the previous gutters/siding. Oh, and for them to come fix the soffit, they wont come out for less than $3 grand.

Upon inspection of the property during rain, we noticed that the water reaching the gutter was not overflowing nor were the gutters clogged. What we did notice was roofing shingles missing and damaged in the valley where the water is puddling up. We do have pictures of the issues stated which we can provide. These issues have been discussed with customer. We suggest roof repairs as needed to resolve the active leak. Superior Pro does not do ****************** full roof replacement,A. F.

Roofing issues NEVER came up in discussions with Superior Pro. One would think if there was damage it would have been mentioned at the first inspection when quoting the job. If anything, the damage was caused by their work in the mentioned area.
