In late December, I scheduled services from the company - Ed's Paving & Sealcoating. They have a new phone number of ************. ** came out and bid the job and recommended width for the driveway work to be completed and provided a warranty for the work. In February of this year, they completed the work and it was not as wide as discussed, being mostly 11" short of the width discussed (13'2"). There were also several cosmetic issues that were brought to the contractors attention which should have been covered under the warranty (a few parts of asphalt sagged). I called him and he said he would be right over the next day and asked if we could do the work when he was scheduled to repair my neighbors driveway which I agreed. He then never recontacted my neighbor and has dodged all of my calls. I suspect that after I brought this issue to his attention that he digitally altered the receipt provided- as I did not realize at the time that the time that it was a link taking you back to a portal (I thought it was a pdf) where the 13'2" was listed for the width in the original paperwork and it was his recommendation in the first place as it was as wide that he could make it with his equipment, and now was not there. I do have the text message exchange between him and I to show he acknowledged the issues and said he would be over the next day. I would like a refund based upon the fact that his warranty is void since he is not honoring it as well as he was fraudulent in the work provided.

Eds paving put a driveway in for us in December, now 2 months later(February) it has 3 potholes and he will not return a call or text. He guaranteed it under warranty for a year. We just need his mistakes corrected.
