ASP of Kennesaw had been providing weekly maintenance on my pool for approximately five years. In the fall of 2021, the portable vacuum leaked battery acid on my pool deck and damaged it. The franchise owner has acknowledged responsibility and promised to fix it for almost a year. In addition, the service technicians repeatedly put chlorine tablets in my skimmer which is an absolute contraindication if the pool has a heater, which mine does. The heater has corroded and failed. The owner acknowledged that it would be repaired or replaced by ASP. He has since not shown up for weekly service, not responded to text messages, not responded to phone calls, and not responded to emails. I have to spend $6,000 to have the heater replaced (it is beyond repair) and have the pool deck refinished. Also had to pay to have pool cleaned and hire a new company.

On 7/11/22 ASP informed me my salt cell was broken and I needed it replaced. I paid a 50% deposit of $840.15 and expected the service on 8/1. On 8/8 I emailed the owner *******, and he said they would be out in the next week due to a back order issue. On 8/26 still no salt cell. I called the office twice, texted Charlies cell, called him but his voicemail box is full and emailed again. No answer. They have also stopped showing up for our weekly pool cleanings. Apparently they have taken our money and ghosted us.

My wife and I are unable to reach anyone over the phone to discuss our pool service. We recently (over four weeks ago) put $800 down on a new control panel for which 1) Has not been installed & 2) We can't get a hold of management to discuss our dissatisfaction. The company uses a third party answering service and never returns our calls. Lastly, the franchise's owner, *******, will not return our texts and calls.
