    I TOOK MY 2019 MUSTANG GT 350 TO INJECTED ENGINEERING 2 DIFFERENT TIMES. THE FIRST GO ROUND THERE WERE NO ISSUES. THE SECOND TIME WHICH WAS 5/3/2023 I TOOK IT BACK TO HAVE IT TUNED FOR SETTING, TIMING, AND AIR FLOW RATIO FOR *************. THE WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED DUE TO THEM BLOWING UP THE ***** IN THE MIDDLE OF THE **** RUN OF WHICH THE MAIN TUNER LEFT ANOTHER WORKER TO FINISH AND DURING THIS TIMEFRAME THE ENGINE BLEW UP BECAUSE THE WORKER DIDNT COMPLETE IT DUE TO TOO MUCH TIMING AND NOT ENOUGH OCTANE.THE WORKER ATTEMPTED TO CORRECT HIS FOOTPRINT BUT THE DAMAGE WAS DONE AS THE ***** HAD BEEN BLOWN UP. THE VEHICLE STILL IS NOT TUNED. I HAVE BEEN IN COOMUNICATION VIA EMAIL WITH INJECTED ENGINEERING NUMEROUS TIMES AND AT FIRST THEY WERE WILLING TO FIX THE PROBLEM BUT STARTING STALLING AND PROLONGING NEVER PRODUCING ANY RESULTS OR WANTING TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR THEM BLOWING UP THE *****. THEREFORE I HAD PURCHASE A NEW BLOCK FOR FULL REBUILD

    I am rejecting this response because: it is not satisfactory as my car is still not fixed nor is it tuned of which I will have to take it elsewhere for the repairs.  I currently pay a monthly note of ****** on this car and have had no useage what so ever since May 2023 after the engine was blown by injected engineering.  Injected engineering also made statement that they over charged me but I was not compensated for that either.  I want injected engineering to pay to fix the car or do what was agreed upon at first which was to pay for the cost of all the parts to make the repairs as well as the amount for the tune (all of which is in black and white in the email contents).  I do not have legal representation at this time but did have to find out the process to take in order to submit this complaint,  but will if necessary. Injected engineering has done nothing in good faith only prolonged until the point we are at now and I just want what is right to be done.
