We had a great experience with DC Enclosures. Our problem was a screen porch, facing west/south west, that was hot in the summer and wet from rains most of the year. DC Enclosures provided the solution and transformed the space with top quality glass windows, sliding door, and framing that we believe was a fair price. The in-shop presentation allowed us to see and operate product options; other companies we met with only showed us pictures in a catalog. The install team was polite, professional, and explanatory in every step of their process, ensuring minimal disruption to the project area. Great company, great product, highly recommend.

I had to have a new deck built and after consulting with several companies who werent willing to tackle the project, DC enclosures came in, knew how to implement the construction based on current code and did a great job. I had DC Enclosures out for a service call.it was a relatively small problem encountered after 6-7 yrs of installation. The service man determined that rather than fixing the several problems, it would be better to replace the panels instead.I received the estimate quickly, and ordered the new panels. When they were ready,they contacted me quickly and came and installed them promptly. Ive been very pleased with their attention to customer servicethey always return calls and dispatch help quickly. 5 starsThe experience was incredible. DCE is a family owned business that really does treat you like family!! CEO ************************* walked ********* through the process and provided amazing support/advice as we had issues with our county! The entire staff ****, ****** 1&2, **************** **** 1&2, and ***, ***** 1&2.DCE was a Godsend in the 11th hour of signing a bad deal with an unethical well known contractor in the Atlanta area. This contractor had ** to sign an iPad for a smaller project with no physical contract which we didnt see for 3 months.After immediately realizing that the project was too small we requested to increase the project after ONE DAY. Since we had not seen the contract we were told not to worry & that the previous smaller contract would be canceled by calling their office to cancel which was done & approved. But after 3 days this changed as the ** (Previous Contractor) stated that all cancellations must be written.********* were furious about being scammed. This blocked our ability to negotiate a fair price for our new project. The most bizarre part to this is that DCE never showed on our search.After 6 months of dealing with the ** & our county we searched one last ********** showed on the screen. DCE came out & agreed to provide much more than we were getting from the **. Also DCEs price came out to $20k less than the former **.The previous build was for a 17x11 ***** style room tying into our existing patio that was 7.5 ft with no flooring or upgrading the existing area for $77k. DCE quoted us for the 17x11 room & existing area along with LVT flooring throughout, R30 insulation, 7 outlets, ceiling fan install and a PTAC system for $56k! The price reduction was so good that we were able to do some nice upgrades. Our final cost was $68k. We named *********** the SonRoom in honor of our blessing through DCE and our other ministries Thank you from infinity to beyond DCEI
