    I signed a contract with Body Details for tattoo removal services in April 2024. Only received a few treatments and they closed the office without warning or explanation. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact them via email and phone calls. No one is answering the phones, and no one is responding to me via email. I read online they filed for bankruptcy in July 2024. If they are not reopening, I should be refunded a large portion of what I paid for the services they agreed to provide. At the very least they should be making contact with their clients who have paid for services and still waiting for an answer.

    This company allowed customers to start a payment plan for *************************************************** ******* so no one can receive the services we are currently paying for. They use Ally lending for the payment plan so now I am stuck in a loan/contract that I will never receive services for. I signed up for laser hair removal and received a few sessions before all of a sudden the store is closed and I have only been able to speak to one person saying I can send an email and since then I have not been able to reach anyone. I have about $2000 left to pay for services I will never receive and they did this to every customer at the ******* locations. I/we should be refunded for the services we signed a contract for and will no longer receive. Their only suggestion was to go to a location in ******* which is completely unreasonable and 9 hours away. I signed a contract on May 10th and have been paying monthly since then. It doesn't seem ethical that the contract can state that it is "non-cancellable and non-refundable" then cease providing the services in said contract.

    Hello, I paid in full ******* upfront for a lifetime guarantee tattoo removal (until the tattoos are completely removed form my skin) at the business Body Details. All transaction was done over the phone and an appointment was made. Two days before my appointment my appt was cancelled and I was sent a text from the business explaining how the clinic was shut down and to continue treatment at an office in *******... over 10 hours away!!! I texted, I called the number provided for the Kennesaw location as well as the location in **********, ******* but NO answer and NO call or message back. I emailed their email ********************************************* and have yet to receive a response on how to resolve this issue. I have already contacted and spoke with my credit card company on a dispute for services not rendered after payment, and they told me they were not able to dispute the amount to contact the company, I explained I have already tried for the past month every day but NO ONE is reaching back out to me. This is absolutely ridiculous and a shame. My credit card company was thru Care Credit and they are hardly helping me with this dispute, telling me to just continue to try and contact there locations in *******. Well, even calling the clinics in ******* no one is answering or calling me back and I am getting more and more frustrated. I would like a full refund for services not rendered. Thank you.
