      On 4/12/25 I received notice of a $53.06 charge from Drjockers.com on my credit card maccount that was supposed to be a subsequent shipment of their magnesium supplement. I have discontinued it's use, due to gastric upset from the product. I did not receive any prior notice of this shipment. I immediately contested this to Drjockers.com by phone - going to voicemail and email. They have as yet to answer by phone or email to my cancellation request. I have requested a dispute on my credit card for this uncharacteristic business practice.

      On Nov 4 I ordered some supplements to be shipped to my mother in ***************************************** company said the supplements were sent via **** on Nov 7th.Upon tracking the package, it was confirmed that the *********** returned the package to the sender on Nov 15,stating no such address. I contacted the *********** and the company with no results.I have reached out to ***************** on several occasions. Upon calling the phone number you can only leave a message, which I have done, the response is via email. I just want to be refunded my money$63.55, it's clear that I have not received the package. Thanks
