1 star3 yrs later nearly!! Look for a different window provider!!Stared our terrible experience with Window World Atlanta May 11th 2020, today is March 6, 2023. We asked and made sure they understood exactly what we wanted and that it would be done to current building code. After now 3 attempts at reordering for nearly a year now, all we get is ********* pointing. Its not us they say, its the manufacture. Do you quality check anything that comes in to know for sure? The answer is a very clear NO!! Do yourself the biggest favor you can and run from this company.Review fromMartha S

5 starsProfessional people from the salesman to the installers. Excellent window product with excellent installation. Workers removed and installed twelve windows in 5 1/2 hours. Installers removed the old windows and all the trash, leaving my property as it was when they arrived with twelve beautiful windows.Review fromMichael H

5 starsThe company was the most cost effective and our salesperson did a great job working thru the window options and individual needs. We had the good fortune of accepting a sales contract and ****** with their ******** office regularly communicated our order status and delivery date. Just prior to our scheduled closing, the windows were delivered and they were scheduled for installation.******* and ****** our installers were aware of our date of closing and made a special effort to install the 11 windows on a Sunday morning. 5 starsReplaced the majority of our windows through Window World. The communication was great as they kept us updated about our order progress ********************* for the windows. The installation was phenomenal. The crew was very professional and efficient. They were respectful of our property and thoroughly cleaned up after they were done. Window World Of North Atlanta, *** does not provide the kind of service that they advertise. They subcontract their work out. Please check the reviews before hiring them because your job just might just look like my sliding doors job that they just installed. I will give them a F+ according to how they installed my doors. The main problem is that they knew that they ordered the wrong size doors and was installing the wrong size doors. The salesperson told us that we would be receiving the same size doors that was already installed in our house that was build in ****. These doors are smaller and they rigged the frames to make the doors fit the frame and space. The larger door frame was cracked and dirty when they installed it. . The installer didn't tell me the frame was crack and dirty., I just happen to go check the door and found the problem myself. I can't believe that this company would think a customer would want to pay them for a job like this. If I can't trust them to get it right the first time why do they think I will trust them to get it right the second time. Now they want to get paid. Well, I want want what they want me to pay for, the right size doors and installed properly. To make it right for us they will first have to start all over again by ordering the correct size doors and installed the two doors correctly "in a timely manner ". We have been waiting for this job to be completed since 7/7/2022 and both doors are the wrong size. If they couldn't make the correct size for our sliding doors then they should have told us and not taken the job. We are very dissatisfied with Window World. We would like to do like their commercial-- take them out and STEP ON THEM.

5 starsThe crew was very professional and personable. Explained the process. Took care to protect floors and cleaned up very well. Product looks great! Highly recommend this crew and this product. 1 starFrom the beginning the company communication process is horrible. I would give a zero star if I could. Just recently, I had my entry door installed, but during installation process the crew just must damaged of my alarm system sensor on top of the door. I called to let them know the problem. However, instead of acknowledging the issue, they said that is my responsibility to take the alarm sensor out. Im not some alarm technician thats suppose to know how to remove an alarm sensor. As a home owner that made a huge investment in their product, arent they suppose to give me curtesy reminder to let me know to call the alarm company to have them remove the sensor before installation. Yet, instead of acknowledging the issue, the company supervisor/ manager ****** is giving me all the reason why is my problems and not the company. Very disappointed Window Worlds representative gave me an addendum on 05/21/22 confirming that a broken picture window was indeed a Window World window and was covered by the Lifetime Warranty. He wrote the window would be replaced. We also ordered a bedroom window. We were scheduled for installation in August because the broken picture window had to be ordered. Then the company rescheduled for September. When the installer came out he only had the bedroom window. After emailing the addendum to Customer no service. I was first told the sales rep did not submit the measurements. When I replied I was there when measured. I was told I needed to find the original receipt from years ago when it was purchased. I am still looking through receipts. I will never do business with Window World again.Window World of Atlanta

I have had windows installed by WW a few times over the last 20 years. They have backed up their warranty, replacing any windows that have failed. We have been happy with their products.Window World of Atlanta
