I took my 3 day old 2025 Yukon Denali Ultimate to Tint World of Kennesaw to receive a service of tinting all windows, sunroof and a chrome delete on the car. I was told they do these services all the time, the owner walked the car with me and verbalized understanding of my services I requested. I paid half up front which was $1,500.00 with the remaining due at pick up. I was told my car would be ready on Saturday 1/4/25 because they would work on it as soon as I dropped it off on Thursday 1/2/25. Saturday close to noon the owner ****** reached out via phone to inform me the job was underestimated, and that they would need more time with my car. She asked to keep it over the weekend that it would be locked up and video monitored while it was being worked on. She stated the car would be ready Monday. I agreed and let them keep my car with strict understanding that it was under surveillance. Monday 1/6/25 I was notified my car was ready and paid a total of $1622.30 which was the remaining balance but increased from previously stated. I had my boyfriend attempt to go pick up the car. When he arrived the car was not complete with the chrome delete as promised. He once again went over in detail what was to be expected the owner verbalized understanding again and said it would be ready Tuesday. Tuesday came and my car was picked up by my boyfriend. Upon deep examination of the shoddy and incomplete work, I found several damages to my car as a result of their work. Wednesday I tried to call them to discuss damages, and they were not very receptive. Thursday I went by to meet the owner ****** to walk the car, they dented damages were result of their work and we discovered I was charged to tint the sunroof which the owner admitted he did not do. He provided cash refund for that on the spot. However I have requested full refund of all work and reimbursement of damages. The owner is now not responding to my text.
