    My mother died in 2014 and has never had a death date plate placed on her gravesite. I have emailed, faxed and snail-mailed ***** copies of the receipt where I purchased the death date plate. Since 2014 through 2023 I have sent multiple requests and still no plate has been placed on my mother's grave. A drunk driver drove into the graveyard knocking over their brass flower pot and broke it. I was promised it would be fixed and it has never been fixed. I cannot attach flowers to my parents' graves due to it being broken. I am considering seeking legal counsel due to the office ignoring my requests for the past 8 years. This is a horribly managed office.

    The flower Vase is placed upside down in the middle of the bronze marker. There is nothing wrong with it. (pics attached)

    The Death date tab was ordered upon receiving this letter. Estimated time of delivery is Nov 2023 (per manufacturer) as this is not an in stock item and will need to be made.
