    I paid PWG Granite to remodel my kitchen. This work started in May 2024. It's now October 30, 2024 and the work has not been completed. I've made numerous calls and went to the business and it's seem that Dave Y****** (Manager) doesn't plan on finalizing the work. I'm waiting on filler & crown molding for my cabinets and a few small items on my punch list to be completed. I'm not the only one having issues with his company. ** ** ******* *** ***** ** ******** *** ****** *** ******** ** ********. I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with this company.

    On 7/26/24, we provided a check for $1,171.65 as a 50% deposit on bathroom countertops and other work to PWG Granite (Dave Y*******). When asked when we could expect the work to be started, he stated that he would be able to start in about 3 weeks (around 8/19 assuming the order was placed 7/29). It has now been 10 weeks. I consider this a fraudulent transaction and theft. I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue directly with the owner: 1. 8/30/2024 - Sent an email asking for an update for when the work would begin. No response. 2. 9/10/2024 - I spoke to Dave Y******* - he could not tell me when the work would be done but that someone would call me. I have not been contacted. 3. 9/13/2024 - Left a voicemail. No return call. 4. 9/19/2024 – Sent an email asking for the work to be scheduled within the next two weeks or a full refund of our deposit. No response received. 5. 9/20/2024 - Husband stopped by the shop. Was told we were the next in line to have the work done and would call me to schedule next week. No call received. (He told another customer that was in shop at the same time that work would start within 3 weeks. Clearly, we are not the only ones being scammed.) 6. 10/1/2024 - I spoke to his office staff. I told her that we need a full refund. We have someone else lined up to complete the work. She was going to have Dave call me. No response. 7. 10/4/2024 - I left voicemail letting him know that I need to hear from him by the end of the day on 10/7/2024. I sent an email with this same information. And sent an overnighted letter that he received on 10/7/24 (no response). I would appreciate any help with getting our hard-earned money back and to make sure this fraudulent business practice does not continue. We are requesting a refund and do not want him to complete the work previously agreed to (we have someone else we are working with). Thanks!
