    I rented from Istorage for two years and moved out the last week of ******** 2022. I was told my security deposit would be returned in 4-6 weeks could be sooner since they have new system. I have checked on this numerous times, after several emails I was told my check was lost in the mail and resent on *** 2nd. I verified my address multiple times. It is now ***** 1st and the second check they supposedly mailed out I still haven't received. I keep emailing but am met with rudeness and lack of concern and pretty much told they aren't responsible for how long the mail takes. I am not sure at this point it is the mail but rather their lack of initiating my deposit back to me properly. $1000.00 is alot of money to me and I would like it back sooner rather than later. I always paid on time and I left the building clean and in great condition. I was also told by the lady I originally completed the lease with and also the employees at the office they are not responsible for cutting and mailing the check. However, when I asked multiple times for a contact number or email of someone from the corporate office none was provided to me. Finally was told corporate office in ******** handles this again no contact number email. Please help me get the deposit returned to me
