  I purchased a bronze death plague for my mother's grave on March *******. The plaque has not been done. I called and spoke with **** ******* once and was told that ******* *****, an employee of **** *********, was running his own business out of the Atlanta Monument office where ******* was employed. I was told that there was not a way for **** or Atlanta Monument could do to help me, except that I could purchase another plaque from **** and pay $485 more dollars for said plaque, which is what I paid for it in 2022. Is there anything that the BBB can do to help me?

  I would advise not to use - I contracted with them since they bought out the company that I used in the past - Made mistake and paid in advance. Was delayed service due to staff turnover. Had pics and talked to new person however, completed half of the job on the wrong grave - I have contracted the complete job out to another firm for less money than I paid them .... Technically I am double paying but alteast the job will get done by a qualified firm --- I would give a negative star review if that was an option

  This is the worst experience I could have ever had. I paid for a monument in January and it has not been installed as of today August 17, 2023. They told me it would be **** week (which was also stated in the contact) for the monument to be done and installed. I was till week 14 to start contacting the company. I have gotten nothing but excuse after excuse. I have called **************** who is supposed to be the owner all he does is give you a different lie every time. It has now been too long for me to file a file back with my bank. Someone really needs to do something about this Company! My next step is the News I cannot believe they do Grieving families like this . So sad

  This is the worst experience I've ever had. I purchased a Monument for my grandbaby in late January or early February, paid for it in full and still have not received it. I keep getting excuses and it's frustrating because people are looking at me like I took their money. I could have purchased from the cemetery and had it installed by now. Someone needs to deliver before we end ** in court.
