    My family and i stopped at this welcome center on our way back from vacation on 10/9/22. I put a $5 bill in the lottery machine located in the facility. The machine only gave me 3 ($1) tickets and would not let me purchase any additional tickets. I explained the situation to the attendant. She gave me a refund form to fill out & told me i would receive the refund by mail. See attached. I called to inquire about the status of the refund last month (November) and was told that i would receive it soon but i still have not received my refund. It should not take more that two month to receive a $2 refund.
