    Hired them to build our log cabin. From every stage, only 3 Hispanic men were on site with 2 additional workers showing up when available. Husband had to help the three men due to them not knowing what to do when cementing foundation. Floor decking wasn't nailed properly or was nailed in places but missed trusses.Roof trusses were not installed on 24" oc as requested. Leaving 2 additional trusses left over.Roof decking was not installed properly with seams not being supported except for scabbing 2x4s.Metal roofing was over screwed to decking due to above issues.Due to the poor construction, cost 2x as much due to not being able to use batt insulation and loss of ceiling material due to inconsistent spacing of Roof trusses.Went to small claims court to obtain judgment for loss and extra cost. Owner paid 1/3 the settlement the day of hearing with agreement to pay $200 monthly until paid off. Was due November 2024. Still no payment. Went back to court and order was changed owing payment in full. Still no payment. Will be contacting court again and going another direction.
