    We bought a 2023 F150. A week after driving it, every light came on in the dash. Its still not resolved and we are still making payments. Id like a truck just like it, a check for the amount we paid and traded in, or the issue resolved ASAP

    We have been in contact with the customer about the repair of their vehicle prior to their complaint to the BBB.  We have been working to repair the vehicle but because this is a network issue, determining the cause is tedious and time consuming.  We have been in contact with ****************** to assist in the repair.  Since the BBB complaint was filed, we immediately reached back out to the customer.  The customer came into our facility and sat down with the sales manager.  The sales manager, service manager, general manager, and technician are all aware of the importance of this concern and are working to diagnose and repair as quickly as possible.  We will continue to communicate with the customer as new information becomes available.
