I bought a *** printer from this company and it came 2 months later than promised. It had missing parts, broken parts, and never worked right. I babied it and due to my own extensive knowledge was able to get 5 weeks of printing but wasted hundreds of $$ of supplies wasted bc of errors and issues. ******* stopped working and owner promised to take care of the issue. He is very good at putting you off and ignoring you until it is not his problem anymore. He promised even tho he put off getting it replaced or fixed for me til the warranty was almost up that he would "take care of me" in October of 2023 he was waiting for a part that was coming next week and he was going to send me me printer back in good working order. I still don't have .you printer and he has my $5000. This is stealing if you ask me. I have no printer and no money. I would like to know how someone can take the printer and the money and get away with it and he is still in business stealing from people. I have messages to show everything.

Purchased a *** printer for nearly $5000 on May 6th, 2023. The printer took longer than expected to arrive and even longer to await replacement parts that were broken on the printer upon arrival. Around 8/2023 I was able to get all the pieces and attempted to set up and print using the *** printer when red lights/error codes were preventing me from using the printer. From 08/2023 to today 12/26/2023 I have been attempting to get this issue resolved with the company I purchased the printer from. Spent many hours on an overnight chat with the manufacturer located in *****, and sent back the printer for repairs and replacement on several occasions only to receive something broken or missing things like a cord, or a delay of a month or more. Six months later I am still waiting on a cord and parts of the printer that are necessary for the printer to function properly as advertised. The seller will not issue a refund and it's taken over 6 months already and as of today I am not able to print anything still. The printer cost over **** and we've paid over half of that via Affirm with no resolution from Affirm or Nexus Ink. I am including Chat with ****** but can at the moment figure out how to get a copy of the chat with Manufacturer as its through WhatsApp. application.
