    I occurred a loss to my car on 10/07/2021. I filed a claim with Esurance and the claim # is *********. I dropped my automobile off at ******* Collision Center- **************************************************************************************** **************) on 01/10/2023 in hopes of getting my car repaired within the 45 days of me having a rental from Enterprise through my insurance. On 03/02/2023, I was contacted by my Esurance adjuster stating that I need to take the car back to Enterprise because it was my last day of rental despite my car not being ready from *******. I met with a representative face to face from ******* on 03/02/2023 and she informed me that she did not have a timeframe of when my automobile would be ready due to several other cards being ahead of me getting into the paint shop. Due to ******* carelessness, I now have to pay $450+ dollars out of pocket in order to keep the rental in order to get back and forth to my place of employment. This is very inconvenient and unacceptable when this is totally out of my hands. I would like either Esuranfe or *****'s to refund me the price of me having to pay for the rental due to my car not being ready. I look forward from someone reading this matter.     Unfortunately, the delays on this claim have been completely out of ******* control. We waited a week for approval from Esurance and an additional 3 weeks on parts to total around 27 days of down time that we had no control over. Once parts were received, work started on this vehicle. Customer picked up yesterday and mentioned nothing about this complaint to anyone here at our facility. I would be happy to discuss this with ******************** and let him know that the delays were out of our control.
