      Details: I took my care to them last year around March , i ordered my part from rock nation which a picture is attached so you all can see I purchased the part or match 6th it got to my house around March 8th my part was $267.96 I reached out to Gwinnett care care so that they can assist me ! I brought my car to them around March 9th which was a Saturday they kept my car for about a week i received a call from the gentleman about my car telling me that they had lost my key and they would have to order me a new one I said okay , I didnt get my car back until March 22nd Saturday , about 3 days after my car starts to act out of character a lil bit so now Im trying to figure out if they put my part on my car the correct way ! So I just recently had a car person come out to look at my car due to it sitting when he inspected my car he dropped under my car and told me to come look at it , all of my wires are cut up into pieces they had no business under there an Ill I needed was a fuel pump changed out ! They went as far are the wires thats on the side lining of my car ! An NO THEY DID NOT FIX MY FUEL PUMP ITS STILL THE **** ONE THAT WAS IN THERE SO NOT ONLY DO I NOT HAVE MY PART I ORDERED, Im missing that plus the car key they told me they lost they wrapping it to the wires underneath my car ! As you can see in the photos below the expense on the maintenance that I thought I was paying for was $350 I am very disappointed and when I called them to tell them or see how we would resolve this they told me I had to wait an talk to the guy who owed it or they acted like they couldnt speak English! They lied to my face an told me they did not have my key and they would have to order me a new one is not okay ! So I would like a refund ! After knowing what they actually did under my car !

      I took my car to Gwinnett *********** on 03/12/2024 to have my fuel pump and turbo booster replaced. I picked my vehicle up on 3/15/2024 I stopped to fill my gas tank up since I was advised to bring it empty. Once I got home and parked my car on 3/15/2024 in my driveway my neighbor knocked on my door to inform me gas was pouring out of my vehicle. I ran out to observe the issue and sure enough gas was running out ruining my grass. Since it was a Friday evening I had to wait to address the matter Monday morning. I returned only to be told the ****** NEW FUEL PUMP" was bad. They assured me they would get it fixed. I picked my car back up on 3/19/2024 there was no leaking but an enormous strong odor of gas. I called and was told to wait a few days it would go away. Fast forward to 03/22/2024 gas smell is still very very strong. I had taken my car to the dealership (Audi) to be looked at for a second opinion. I was told to take it back to the shop that did the work as they would not work behind them due to the damage under my back seat. I take it back on 03/25/2024 they soaked my seat in Fabuloso to get a gas smell out. The gas order is still present to now 04/02/2024. I refuse to go back. I filled my tank up on 3/15/2024 I had 350 miles in my car Monday morning I was at 280 miles. I was not compensated for my money or gas loss. I want them to be held accountable and replace my bad seat. My 7-year-old son complained of headaches due to the smell

      I took my car to **************** due to a battery drainage issue. The auto shop representative said he would perform a diagnostic. After roughly a week of performing a diagnostic, I was told the issue was found, but after finding the issue the car wouldn't start. I drove the car onto the lot and it would start or I would jump start it. However, after being diagnosed the car wouldn't start even with a jump start. It wasn't until I inspected the car, that I found out equipment was broken on the car and that's why the car wouldn't start. Never was I told that the mechanic broke a part of the equipment. I drove the car onto the lot and now I was given a car that was not in the condition I brought it in. My car was worse off. The mechanic refused to accept ownership for the damages he caused and refused to cover or lower the expenses. The part was broken under their care and the damages for the broken part should be covered. I was appalled that I didn't find out the real reason as to why my car wouldn't start at all was because it was broken by the mechanic and he never mentioned he broke the part. I had to get my car towed to other mechanic because of the damages caused by Gwinnett Car Care.
