    I was renting a car today on my lunch break . Made reservations, chatted back and forth with customer service. Spoke to customer service as well. Not one time was I told to have a print out of a bill to confirm as a credit check for a soft credit pull. Online it states a soft credit check pull will be done. By this time I have spent ***** in transportation to the rental location. I then attempted to print out my cable bill at fed ex at the ************ and the file was too big to send . We also tried converting it to a zip file to send and it was still too large. Fed ex then suggested taking a screenshot of the bill to ensure it shows address and then email it to them so it can print . I have my receipt. Which cost $3.00. I bring my documents back to the rental location and it it is still not accepted after explaining to the manager and customer service what hat happened. There are three other people going through this same issue at the same time as I am. It is **** and we could not email our proof with documentation. By now I have spent ***** in cab fare are well as lost ****** in pay while being logged out and going over my lunch break. As I work from and attempted to rent the car on my lunch break. Budget rental on 140 **************** . ******* ** *****. Reservation number 458-464-67US2. **************** number is ************
