1 starBeen going through them due to a car accident. Their Doctor recommended a microdiscetomy. Normally for an in-office procedure it runs between @6k-18k and for in-hospital procedure it runs @16k-32k. They wanted to charge $136,000!, so we can start with Insurance ********** up is the automated phone system. Start by waiting 20 minutes even though the system keeps giving an estimated wait time of 8 minutes, only to be hung up on at THEIR end. Call back and finally get through after another long wait and spend the next 2 hours being transferred, put on hold, transferred again, put on hold, put on hold by that person, only to be transferred by the next...to be put on hold again! When you do have an appointment, be prepared to wait for about an hour in the waiting room, another 20 in the inner offices, and another 45 if getting injections. Don't worry though, the long waits will be blamed on a previous "difficult" patient as the doctors gossip about them. If this isn't enough to discourage you or your lawyer, please keep in mind that your doctor will change constantly. In 7 months I've seen 3 different doctors twice in that period, and another once. Needless to say they are the corner store when you are shopping for groceries out-of-town. They don't know you, they don't WANT to know you, and they certainly don't care about you! Another thing that they do that is illegal is before they treat you, they will hand you "Informed Consent" documents to sign that are blank; no procedures or treatment locations noted on them. This is a clear violation of medical malpractice laws. Where is the ****************************** when you want them? To finish this review I will say that at no time in my life have I ever wished that I could get another professional to visit my business just so I could s**** them over as much as they have done to me. I'd love to hand them a bill for what I think I deserve without giving them a quote first like they do their patients! ;{Review fromnatalia g

1 starI would advise against visiting this place. If you have the opportunity to choose a different location, I highly recommend doing so. It's not worth your time. They schedule appointments but make you wait for up to four hours afterward. The doctors seem overwhelmed and unsure of their actions. I can't adequately express how disappointing the experience was. If you value your health and want to improve, consider going elsewhere.Review fromKathleen C

2 starsWhy not BBB accredited? I think it's odd when you are required to sign multiple releases, but no copies shared with you and not in my Chart like most providers. Had to request from primary letter saying they will not prescribe pain meds. First visit, mandatory drug test even though not requesting pain meds, only epidural. Went in for shot 2 weeks later and hustled through. No post op instructions. Quick blood pressure check and on your way. Received follow up call for post op questions 6 days later from unknown number. I didn't answer. Asked about copay and actual cost was almost 3 times more. Asked to sign a review about appointment before appointment. Lumbar epidural went ok. Helped for a few days. This review is not about the results of the shot but about the administration process.Review fromJeffrey C

1 starDO NOT NO NOT DO NOT GO HERE! UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOREVER WHILE THE NURSES PLAY ON THEIR PHONE, DOCTORS WONT PRESCRIBE PROPER PAIN MEDS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE PROBABLY BY RELATIVES TO OFFSET THE NEGATIVESReview fromKim G

Worst pain management place Ive ever been. I went to see Dr * for the first time . He was great and his PA was too. But it went down hill from there. The meds he proscribed didnt work as well as my previous. I called twice to send him a message and both said I would need to talk to him at my next visit. I was scheduled for an epidural. When I went in after waiting 2 hours the PA said no that wasnt happening and Dr. * wasnt there. Someone else was going to do it. Then comes in the guy D. to hook up the IV. Never in all my years have I experienced the pain from an IV. This person stuck me 5 times and still could not get blood! I just had an ablation about 6 months prior with another provider and there were no issues at all. This person was rude and blamed me. It was not my fault. After sitting there another hour I finally had enough. I requested a refund and a letter saying I had left the practice. I was not given any medication. I called and faxed trying to get the letter but no. They would not let me it had to be mailed. This whole mess is outrageous. Ive never been treated so badly in all my 29 years of pain management! The meds have run out. Ill be in withdrawal shortly. Stay away. Do extensive research and read all reviews.Summit Spine & Joint Centers

3 starsI had an appt to see Dr *** He was not in that day and I saw another doctor. We discussed the pain I was experiencing and I shared with him I want to get to the place I wont need injections. We talked about PT which doesnt really work for me. I explained I have this pain generating down my left leg. He said it was bursitis but I told him I didnt think it was. I told him Dr ** pin pointed the pain before it just didnt last long. He said ok we will schedule another injection. Some one at the front desk messed up and when I went there for the injection after being prepped and on the table Dr ** says I was there for a bursitis shot. I told him I wasnt and he said thats what the order said. I allowed him to give me the shot but Zi was ******. I had to pay $350 for a mistake on there part. I called to speak with someone and everyone said they would forward the complaint to their manager and someone would contact me. Well no one called. I have had an injection since and mentioned it. Same response. They made a mistake it cost me money and still no relief. I would have expected at least someone to apologize and say, we will not charge you full price the next visit. It is terrible to treat your patients as though you dont care. We do care and I am retired and dont have money to waste. I have had no issues with the staff or Dr. *** For now on if he isnt there I will not see anyone else. You all need to do better about handling complaints. There is a thing called First Call Resolution. If you dont seem to care there are other places out here that would love to service us.Review fromLateasshaa C

I came in for refill on medication. I received a hard copy of medication that is normally escribed to pharmacy got to pharmacy gave pharmacist my prescription told to come back in 2 hrs got back to pharmacy and only medication was filled was the one that should of been escribed. Went back to office to inform of situation informed that they could not give prescription due to stating printed they did not check with pharmacy for prescription they stated we printed it out they did not check for their mistake this was a wasted trip and no pain relief. I know there is a system to check if medication was filled but no one tried to check waisted copay and time going there I guess I will have to go to ER if need pain medicine.Summit Spine & Joint Centers

1 starAfter writing my review, I have to delete because we are required to provide our names and I am still at the clinic for now. I have no doubt they would retaliate. Thanks BBB.
