    I'm going to keep a long story short. My attorney went on a road trip, operated a vehicle, and had other people present during my zoom Mediation that I was paying her and the mediator each $350 an hour for. I sent an email complaining a week after. 3 weeks later I still had no response to said email so I called and complained via phone. I finally next day after calling received a call from the managing attorney stating that I would not be offered a refund or credit for the very unprofessional and distracted mediation. The lack of response, apology, and willingness to make things right with a dissatisfied client left me in a position where I can not recommend this law firm to anyone. I was not important enough to them as a client to dedicate their undivided attention to me during my mediation or to properly follow-up when I had a complaint.
