    Kyra * 4 Brothers committed to and promised to deliver a completed professional installation and painting of a new front exterior door at the residence of *********************** at ********************************************* on 7/31/24. **************** was quoted a price of $2000. On the morning of 7/31/24, **************** asked for a different door and was told that he had that one and could install it but he would need $230 due to the higher quality of the door. **************** sent that money to him. After not hearing about a service arrival time from ****************, **************** called again and asked what time to expect him. He then notified **************** that he had to order the door. **************** was provided different dates for installation including 8/6/24, 8/9/24, 8/19/24 and 8/28/24. Many of these times **************** was left in the dark until she reached out to contact him for an update. For her part, the owner, **************** was to pay the amount of $2,460 for labor and materials. This includes an amount of $1200 previously paid (7/15/24) to **************** for the downpayment. $360 (($230 as originally stated and paid 7/31/24) plus an extra $230 that **************** was not made aware of until receiving a final payment screenshot. This receipt was promised to **************** on 8/11 and was not received until 8/26 with extra fees. Finally, this amount includes a deduction of $100 for money sent to **************** for delivery fees (paid 8/11/24). When **************** reached out to **************** on 8/28/24 about what time to expect him that day for the service, he pushed the service day to the next day. ****************' s lack of professionalism and a failure to complete the job has cost **************** time and money.

    This complaint is against "***********************" ************* ) and her husband-******* ******************************* (******) who agreed to work as Kitchen remodeling contractor in our house and did not start any work. They never turned up after we paid the initial $3500 for buying the material.June 30: our first message sent to ******* mobile number; my wife sent these messages to ask ****** if he could do the work and visit us to discuss July 1: First visit to our house (in this visit he finalized design; and we agreed on the scope of work)July 28: we deposited in wifes (******) account ($3500 - half of total). Please find attached the Zelle transaction. He agreed to start the work in a weeks time.August 4: He didnt come and we sent him a Reminder to start the work August 8, 9,10, 11,12,15: on these dates he promised to come but never showed up again August 18: we sent reminders but no response Aug 25: on this day we requested him to come again and in response he Messaged us that he will Return once we called them cheat Ay 26: his wife Came home with cash but went Without giving anything. She put the money on the island and too a picture and called his husband when we asked him where he was. Finally she left without saying anything along with the money.August 28: we sent our last message to sent to return our money but he was not responsive
