I have been with this bank for almost 15 years. I have seen a decline in customer service all the way around. I went with this credit union because I was told they were for the people, and they will work with you. Also, on their page they state Peach State is not-for-profit. But they charge their members to apply for loans or credit cards. Over the past 15 years this credit union hasnt really been a good service to me. I tried to give them a chance the time I have been with them. I have applied for auto loans, personal loans, and credit cards. I was denied. I have reached out to other companies for credit cards, the other companies approved auto loans and personal loans. I have a good credit score. I recently applied for a loan and had to pay a $15 dollar fee once again I got denied. Same day I opened another account with another credit union, and I applied for a credit card and got approved. I will be soon closing my account with Peach State Federal Credit union because they are not for the people. They have not been of service to me. Certainly not to African American people either. They are starting to treat people like ***** ********** has. I would like a refund for the fees I paid for applying for a loan and a credit card $30. The other credit union I applied to did not even charge me a fee to apply for a credit card or a loan. I would also like the inquires removed off my credit report from which ever bureau they check my credit.
