    Date of transaction December 19, 2022. I purchased a pair of shoes from the seller for $129.00.Once the product was received, which was damaged upon arrival, I tried them on, determined they were unwearable, placed them back in the box and sent back to seller for full refund. I was not refunded for the full amount as the seller claimed I was outside of my obligation as the consumer and did not meet the return policy requirements. The seller claimed the shoes were worn and damaged, and therefore I would only receive a part of what I paid, they had to charge me a restocking fee. I contacted the seller to discuss the discrepancy, as I wanted to explain to them, the shoes were not worn by me, and the product came damaged. The seller at this point refuses to refund the full amount.

    *** Enterprises does not sell shoes nor do we sell on Amazon. *** Enterprises does sell funeral products to funeral homes directly.  I believe there  has been a mistake on someone's part.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. There are two businesses operating under the same name, one of them being the company in which I dealt with on Amazon. I appreciate your diligence and help with the matter.
