    We had the WORST experience with this organization.DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION, they cannot be trusted !!!A police officer called this entity to assist one of my family members with an emergency situation. One of their employees was to call me and the staff from the Emergency Room with 30 minutes to 2 hours.He DID NOT call that day. He DID NOT call the next day. He DID NOT call that week.When he finally called, 7+ DAYS later, it was too late. The damage was done. The family member suffered unnecessary physical, emotional, and psychological trauma.I made a report to the police. They will investigate the matter. I called the supervisor and and Vice President for ********************* He refused to disclose the full name of the employee. I have to hire legal help to get us out of this nightmare.I want to make this public, so other people will not have to go through the same.So, do not call these people. They cannot be trusted.
