    I received a quote on 08/19/23.The fence was installed and completed on the morning of 10/06/23 while I was at work. He sent 3 pictures upon completion. All pictures were taken with the gate open. Upon my arrival, I evaluated the fence and noticed the fence was not flush against the pre-existing white panel. In fact, it sits on my neighbors side of the pre existing panel. I sent pictures to him, asking how this could be fixed. He stated "is because the 2x4 ended there and the white post I believe is not on level, maybe we can fix it with a inside picket?" I informed him that the fence is sitting behind the white post instead of against it. He stated he would "come look at it". He came on 10/07/2023 and placed a picket on the inside of the fence. Again, he did not align the fence at all, he simply placed a picket so I would no longer see a gap. As the weather began to change, I noticed the 1st picket on the gate, is now becoming ajar. I sent **** pictures of the issue on 02/20/23. He said he would come by Thursday but needed to confirm. He asked for MORE pictures and I sent it. 02/22/23, no **** and he didn't communicate that he couldn't come until I reached out. I reached back out to him 03/12/24, no response. I texted again on 03/13/24, **** says he can come either 03/16 or 03/17. He didn't show 03/16 so I txtd about 12pm on 03/17. No response until 7pm. He says need more pics and he was busy. I have provided many pics and reached out several times since February. I called from another number on April 17 pleading with him to come. He said he would come on 04/18/24 and never showed. I texted asking for a response and he blocked me. All I want is my fence fixed the correct way, on both sides. Shouldn't the warranty provided on the quote mean anything? If it isn't covered, say that but give me the courtesy of at least coming to see the issue and going from there.
