    Since May 2025, I have repeatedly contacted Superior ***************************** to schedule a follow-up Fence Repair, without resolve. Additionally, I drove out to the ***************************** main location at ************, ******* and spoke to the Manager (**** W. ********). Again, many empty promises from Superior Fence/Rail and no follow-up to date to complete the repair needed. To that point, they promise to do the repair today, July 1. However, no call and no show, which is poor customer service, unprofessional, unfulfilled promises, difficulty and unacceptable on all levels. Therefore, I am requesting a follow-up repair, at the earliest. Or, a chargeback (refund) to pay another Fence installer to Repair the fence, which appears to be an estimate of $800.00 to 1, ******. in Summary, I contacted Superior Fence and Rail on May 21, 2025, May 23, 2025, May 30, 2025, June 2, 2025, June 4, 2025, June 10, 2025, June 18, 2025, June 19, 2025, June 30, 2025, without resolve, poor communication, and follow-up on any level as promised.

    I am rejecting this response because, Superior Fence & Rail  promised follow-up, on  yesterday,  July 1. However,  No show, and No call,  which demonstrates their poor  customer service, lack of professionalism, and unfulfilled promises, which is  unacceptable on all levels.  Therefore, I am requesting a follow-up Fence repair,  at the earliest. Or,  a chargeback (refund)  to pay another Fence installer  to Repair  the fence,  which appears to  be an estimate of  $800.00 to 1,000.00. 

    To re-cap, since May 2025, I  have  repeatedly  contacted Superior Fence & Rail  to schedule  a follow-up Fence Repair, without resolve. Additionally,  I drove  to the Fence & Rail  main  location at ****************************************************, ******* and spoke to the  new Manager (**** W. ********). Again, received many  empty promises  from Superior Fence/Rail  and  no follow-up to date to complete the repair needed, which is covered under warranty.

    We made a deposit on 04/03/2025 for a fence project to be started on 06/03/2025. We reached out to the company for over a month to get a clear understanding about when the work would start. The constant run around we got was "a manager will call you back" only to not receive a call back. The past week has been h*** trying to get ANYONE to answer us and the only time we got a response is when we said the word REFUND. On top of that, when a manager did call back, he later attempted to gaslight us saying he never called even though we have logs on our phones. According to our contract, Superior Fence and Rail can keep 25% of the total cost of our project ($4,029.75). I signed the contract and looking back, it was a huge mistake but understand what we signed and will honor it. This means we need to be refunded $4,029.75. We've had the following individuals on email communications stating we will receive a refund.**** ******** ******* ******** ******* ******** ****** ******* ***** ***** All of these individuals have received written communication about a request for a refund. **** ******** and ***** ***** have stated in writing we will receive a refund. If we don't receive our partial refund, we will be forced to take this company to court to get our money back.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have not been given any status update about my refund from the company as of 06/20/2025. The individual that was emailing me daily has only told me there is no status update on my refund and failed to email me on 06/20/2025 even after I proactively reached out. I believe the individuals at this company are doing their best to not follow the contract they also signed. If I don't receive a refund check by 07/07/2025 (21 days after first requesting a refund) , I will be forced to take this matter to small claims court.

    03/2025, went online to Superior fence and rail and paid half deposit and then week later paid the remainder. Was waiting for installation date. Only call I received waswe havent forgotten about you. Called multiple times , talk to three different people couldnt give me an answer and said would give a call back and never did. I asked for the manager to call me back and never did. Talk to **** and he supposed to set me up for installation and the day came. No one showed up, to find out I was never on the schedule. Now I call just to be sent to voicemail. I have no fence and they have my *******

The issue was there was a change in management and there was confusion about your project being tan vs white vinyl. Resolution coming soon!

    I contacted this company back in February 2025 for a dog fence replacement. Initially, they seemed extremely on the ball. Prompt email responses, quick estimate from *** ****** with install ETA of 4 weeks out, and a polished project dashboard that made them look legitimate. *** was helpful in getting HOA approval, but thats where it ended.Despite numerous emails to ***, he refused to provide an installation date, instead saying the office will call to schedule, yet no one ever did. I had already paid the required 50% deposit, trusting their early efficiency. Big mistake.Nearly every time I called the office no one answered. I did receive a couple call backs only for them to tell me they still couldn't put me on the calendar. After 2 months of this run around, I finally called April ************************************************** a full refund. Only then did they suddenly find a spot on their calendar for April 30. Unsurprisingly, they were a no-show. No call. No update. I had rearranged my work schedule for this and they completely disrespected my time. Furthermore, still no fence. When I called to find out why they didn't show up, they ignored my number. My husband called from his phone and got through. ******* claimed he was sick and the wood delivery was moldy, but none of this explained the total lack of communication to let me know the install wouldn't be happening and constant delays and refusal to add me to the calendar as soon as I paid the deposit, etc. I realize things happen between weather, illness, etc and I was extremely patient and willing to be flexible but something isn't right here. I asked ******* for a full refund and refund confirmation via email on 4/30 after they didn't show up. ******* agreed. I received neither. Im now disputing the charge with my credit card company as it was clearly a fraudulent transaction.

    Our accounting department just showed me today that they processed your refund last week. Additionally, they emailed you 3 days ago letting you know that it was processed on our end and that sometimes it takes 7-10 business days to hit your account (depending on your bank).     I am rejecting this response because: I received a email May 5 informing me that it was processed on this day.  Then I was told it takes 5-10 business days.  If they actually deposited in my bank account it should have been in there within a day or two.  It did not take them 10 days to cash my check.  It was cashed in three days.  I am beginning to believe this is a SCAM and would like to pursuit a legal Class Action Lawsuit.  I have reached out to others via Goggle Reviews and their are plenty of people who have experience this SCAM.  Something needs to be done about this so this will not continue to take the advantage of innocent people.

    I have signed contract with Superior ***************************** on October 22, 2024 to install metal fence around my property and paid 50% advance. Before signing the contract I was told that it will be installed within 4/6 weeks. Contract also says it will be between end of November to first week of December. No one from the company is giving a clear answer when the fence will be installed

    Superior ***************************** of ******* ********************************************************************************** Its been almost a year now and they half installed my gate. They took a $4750.20 deposit. I purchased the gate from a third party so the price of the gate is not included in the total. They installed the gate with cement but are giving me the run around in completing the installation and installing the motor. The work they have completed does not look like it is worth the $4750.20 deposit I paid. The supervisor to my gate has been changed 4 times. Each time Im close to an installation date for the operating motor the installation guy falls sick and I am told that they are in the hospital each time. First time I understood. Second time I understood but the third time it started looking like a joke to me. They are a large company how do they not have more than one installation guy? I am now having to look for another company to finish installation and have lost so much time in waiting a whole year for these people to get their act straight. Do not be fooled by the nice salesman attitude they will drag you out and play you for as long as they can. My experience is beyond negative with these people. I have been way too lenient and patient with them and that is probably why they left my project the way they did. And to think I didnt go with a smaller company because they said their lead time was 21 days. I went with Suprerior Fence and Rail thinking they are a large company and would work faster.

    6/28/23 signed contract and paid deposit of $5,649.50 for fence and cantilever gate and for them to pull fence permit. 7/7/23 Emailed ***** picture of land survey 7/7/23 ***** emailed me asking for pictures, which I sent on 7/11/23 8/21/23 I emailed ***** for an update, no response 8/29/23 emailed ***** again for an update and no response until 9/5 9/19/23 ***** emailed me an update that he paid permit fee 10/18/23 emailed ***** for an update, no response until 10/25/23 with permit and request for installation Installation scheduled for 11/6/23 11/3/23 install rescheduled by Superior to 11/7 11/7 crew was a no show 11/8 fence was installed and the crew let me know the gate that was ordered would not work due to the slope of my driveway This is where the nightmare begins. No response or accountability initially from Superior or their General Manager (***************************). I met with him several times at my house to discuss options since they quoted me something that doesnt work. ****** initially didnt take responsibility for the error and told me there was nothing he could do and any changes would result in additional costs. He later confirmed it was his team that made the error. It took several months for them to come up with a solution and actually install a gate. However, once the gate was installed its not the same picture ****** emailed me. He told me the gate would have a magnetic latch lock and instead they drilled two holes in my driveway. One of the sides cant stay open because the stake it too high and you cant put it in the ground. So many more things I could put in this message but this has been the worst company to deal with!

    I purchased a fence through this company on August 28th. To date, my fence is bending, has rotten or old boards ( at least over 50), I asked when buying the fence if it could be turned one way and it was installed the opposite, lastly one side of the fence is not secured correctly. I have been in contact with this company via phone and email asking them to come and repair the fence and to date all I get is excuses. I have called the General Manager and he hasn't returned my call. I have emailed them and they confirmed they were going to come out and still hasn't yet. The only person that came out to see the fence, take images and apologize is the salesman. He told me that ****************** would call in the upcoming week and no call. We have past the Thanksgiving holiday and not going into the Christmas Holiday and I have yet to hear from anyone. I would like to get my fence repaired.
