      Well I put in an order for flowers and yes I put the order in late and i was told that my order would not be there in time to which I canceled and requested a refund and here it is almost a month later and still havent received a refund I have contacted the business several times by email and by phone and now there telling me that my card was never charged like I would not notice 90 dollars missing from my account I just want my money back thats it

      Ordered flowers on 2/7/23 (web order #*****) to be delivered on 2/14/23. Flowers were delivered, however the recipient immediately called after receiving the order informing me the roses "weren't fresh." Said the outside pedals on several of the roses were starting to wrinkle when delivered, 1-2 of the stems were already "turning brown" and there was barely enough water in the vase to cover all the stems. Upon waking the next morning (2/15) recipient said the flowers were already wilting and starting to die less than 24 hours after delivery.I called the business numerous times throughout the week of 2/14 with no success. Called twice on Tuesday 2/14 during business hours and got no answer. Called the Lawrenceville location immediately after opening on 2/15 and was told I would need to call the ********* location since they filled the order. Called the ********* location *************) and spoke to ****** who informed me I'd need to speak with the owner and took down my contact information to pass on. Called back again shortly before closing and spoke with ****** again who assured me my contact info was passed on but the owners were at a different location and were "busy & having computer problems."After 3 days of no one contacting me I emailed the email address on the Lovin Florist website ************************************ on 2/17 and got a response from ***************************** stating this was the first he'd heard of my issue and noted they'd been "dealing with some things" at the ********* location. ******* offered to re-deliver a dozen roses, however I requested a full refund of $111.24 as it had now been 4 days past Valentine's *** and the moment had passed. As of 2/24/23 I have not received a response to my email requesting a refund nor actually received a refund. Followed-up again with ******* via email on 2/23/23 to no response.Would like a full refund of the $111.24.
