    Due to medical issues I got behind on my property tax and my house was put up for auction. The company called me several times saying they could buy my property (window I have to buy the house back) initially told me they would give me $12,000 then later that amount went down to $6,000. They were able to pay the back tax and told me in order to get the title they needed a quick claim deed from me, my mother and siblings. After they title came back I would get my payment. Instead, they cut off all contact, quick claim deeds put the property in their name. The cleaned off the property and boarded it up. They got the house from the initial buyer and I didn't receive any of the money promised to me.
